The IMERG V07 Final Precipitation products (half hourly, daily, and monthly) have not been updated in several months. Can someone provide an estimate when new data will be available?

IMERG V07 Final Precipitation data updates
Hello,
Processing of GPM v07 data ended on February 28, 2026. Please see the following alert and excerpt from the alert from PPS dated February 13, 2026:

“V08 IMERG FINAL processing/reprocessing will not begin until its V08 algorithm is available. The V07B IMERG products spanning 1998-01-01 00:00:00 and 2025-09-30 23:59:59 will remain available to users until its V08 algorithm is available. (NRT is produced just FINAL not).”
The IMERG Final v08 is not expected to become available before Fall 2026 and more information regarding the transition schedule of IMERG products can be found here:
