Chlorophyll daily and NRT updates

I have been working on a project that consumes earth data raw CHL files from several earth data sources. These were working good until 5/1 and now none seem to be updating. Even in earth data search there are no new granules.

I see that when I check other apps they are still accessing and displaying the data from these satellites, but I can’t for the life of me find where to get the raw files anymore

Did this move or am I missing something?

Please share the following information so we can help resolve:

1) By what method were retrieving files?
2) Did you receive any error (or status) messages received around the time the data seemed to have stopped? Is so please past the text in your reply.
3) Do you have screenshots or commands that were run? This would help us attempt to recreate your experience or spot any issues.
4) Did this problem happen on 5/1 or is this the last data date you successfully retrieved? When did the issue begin?

Hi, it is not the retrieval function. the granules dont exist in the manual search on the earthdata site either.

Suomi-NPP VIIRS Level-3 Global Mapped Chlorophyll, NRT C3388381583-OB_CLOUD - last 5/6
NOAA-20 VIIRS Level-3 Global Mapped Chlorophyll, NRT C3396928934-OB_CLOUD- last 5/6
NOAA-21 VIIRS Level-3 Global Mapped Chlorophyll, NRT C3779578837-OB_CLOUD- last 5/7
Aqua MODIS Level-3 Global Mapped Chlorophyll, NRT C3380709124-OB_CLOUD 5/7 last
Terra MODIS Level-2 Regional Ocean Color, NRT C3384236977-OB_CLOUD 5/8 last

these were all next day of for terra often same day before but now they are not. BUT for almost all of them the files themselves seem to exist here: https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/ but it doesnt seem i can parse by coordinates on this, and the file sizes are huge compared to the smaller geographicly bound ones I was getting from CMR and since my understanding is that EarthData and the API associated are the future and other methods are being sunsetted then i dont want to recode to the other sources, especially where i would need to scrape for the file instead of just providing the api with a specific request.

Thanks for the additional information. Based on what you have described, I think the issue is that the NRT is getting pushed back by a reprocessing effort that's in progress. Let me reach out to data production for confirmation.

It seems to have cleared up and we are back to same day/next, what was frustrating was that I could see it on other places, and commercial apps had the values but I couldn’t get them. Is there another more reliable solution?
