Submit Error "There has been an error processing your request" on LAADS DAAC - MOD13A1

Hello,I am experiencing a persistent validation/submission error on the LAADS DAAC web interface when trying to place an order. Every time I hit the "Submit Order" button, the system fails and returns a red error page stating: "There has been an error processing your request.


Here is my search parameter:
{"products":"MOD13A1","time":"2024-01-01-2024-12-31","location": "40, 40.7, 42.5, 38.9" ,"selected_files":"72 files selected (including h21v04 and h21v05 grids)"}


Screenshots of my order is in attachment files. I hope you can help me solve the problem of download failure. thank you!

We tried your query and was able to submit an order without any issue (see attached), so could not reproduce the error.
