OBPG Subscriptions Not Updating

All of our OBPG subscriptions have not updated since around 13:00 UTC on 6/29/2026.

This includes all three VIIRS instruments and both MODIS instruments. We have subscriptions to L1A, L2 chlorophyll and L2 SST. If it would help to have subscription numbers please contact me privately (but I think that will be unnecessary).

I do not know if it is related or not so I’ll say something in case it is… When I try to view our active subscriptions at https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/ I get an error. This is true regardless of whether or not I am currently logged in.

Could someone from OBPG please look into this and resolve it if possible? Thank you.
