No Sentinel-1 data on ASF since June 28, 14:36

by schut_satelligence_com » Mon Jul 06, 2026 3:51 am America/New_York

Hi,

the most recent Sentinel-1 data available on ASF is a scene from June 28 14:36, no new scenes after that... Is something broken with the Sentinel-1 data ingestion at ASF?

Thanks,
Vincent.

Hi Vincent,
ASF experienced a system issue over the weekend that prevented the receipt of new Sentinel-1 products. We're currently working to resolve the issue and get the system back online. Once that happens, there will be some latency in the availability of new products as we work through the backlog resulting from the outage.

Thank you for your patience!

Hi Bill,

thanks for the info. Would you by any chance happen to have an ETA?

Hi Vincent,
The Sentinel-1 delivery system issue has been fixed and we are receiving products. Because of the backlog that has built up, you can expect significant latency in the availability of new products. This may persist for a week or longer. We apologize.

Thanks again for your patience.

Regards,
Bill
