Availability of Earlier PROVISIONAL RSLC Products and Supplemental Frame Coverage

Hello,

I am working with NISAR RSLC products for the following frames:

* Track 86 / Frame 21 (Ascending)
* Track 94 / Frame 69 (Descending)

I noticed that PROVISIONAL products are currently available only for acquisitions starting on **17 June 2026**, while earlier acquisitions are still distributed as BETA products.

I also read that **supplemental PROVISIONAL products** are being generated for a limited number of frames to support time-series validation before the full mission reprocessing.

Could you please clarify:

1. Are either **Track 86 / Frame 21 (Ascending)** or **Track 94 / Frame 69 (Descending)** included in the supplemental PROVISIONAL product release?
2. If not, when are the earlier acquisitions (before 17 June 2026) for these frames expected to be reprocessed and released as PROVISIONAL (or fully validated) products?
3. Is there an estimated timeline for the completion of the full mission reprocessing?

The most up-to-date information ASF has on the release and availability of NISAR products can be found in the NISAR Data User Guide, which is updated immediately when new information is received from the NISAR science team. Regarding your questions on backprocessing mission date, refer to the sections Jul 2026: Provisional products and Q4 2026: Validated reprocessing in the user guide.

Yes, there are provisional RSLC products available for the tracks/frames you provided:

• Track 86 / Frame 21 (Ascending) - 3 scenes since June 20

• Track 94 / Frame 69 (Descending) - 3 scenes since June 20

The specifics of the supplemental provisional products have not yet been determined.
As @ASF - bhauer mentioned, there are acquisitions for your area of interest from June 20 onward, but we don't yet know if your specific frames will be processed further back in time as part of the supplemental effort or if you'll have to wait for the reprocessing campaign.
