ASF DAAC / NISAR User Support Team,
I am currently conducting research on co-seismic ground deformation associated with the 24 June 2026 northern Venezuela earthquake doublet using a DInSAR.
To establish the pre-event baseline across the western rupture zone, I'm immediately looking to access the Level-1 RSLC (Range-Doppler Single Look Complex) dataset, POE orbit, and runconfig for the following acquisition:
• Sensor / Mission: NISAR (L-Band)
• Track / Relative Orbit: Track 162
• Frame: Frame 7
• Flight Direction: ASCENDING
• Target Date: 13 June 2026
Questions regarding this granule:
1. RSLC Data Access: While post-event acquisitions (e.g., 25 June 2026 ascending data) are available under the standard Provisional (PR) collection, the 13 June scene occurred during the pre-PR commissioning period and also unable to find it in the BETA/Commissioning collection. How can I access this required data?
2. Precise Orbit Ephemeris (POE): Is the POE Orbit Ephemera XML available for the 13 June 2026 pass to ensure high-precision coregistration with post-event PR datasets?
3. Processing Compatibility: Are there specific configuration considerations or runconfig adjustments required in ISCE3 when forming an interferogram between a Commissioning/BETA RSLC/other archive scene (13 June) and a PR RSLC scene (25 June)?
Any guidance on accessing these files or recommendations for cross-collection processing would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your help,
Aswin T S

Hello Aswin,
I have answers for two of your questions, but hope that someone familiar with processing NISAR interferograms using ISCE3 can answer your third.
1. I found one RSLC file (uncalibrated) for June 13, track 162/frame 7 in Vertex:
NISAR_L1_PR_RSLC_022_162_A_007_4005_DHDH_A_20260613T100656_20260613T100731_P05023_N_F_J_001. Instructions for locating and downloading this file are available in the Vertex User Guide, List Search section.
2. Access to the orbit ephemeris files is described in the NISAR Data User Guide section titled "Finding and Downloading Orbit Ephemeris Files."
Thank you.
