Subscription issues?

by OB ODPS - towens » Thu Aug 24, 2017 11:27 am America/New_York

Toby,
I am able to confirm your problem. I do not see any L2 selected on either subscription.
I have notified the web developers of the problem.
Once they have a chance to look at the interface, I will manually update your subscription to include L2 files.
Sorry for the trouble.

Tommy

Subscription issues?

Toby,
The web folks have had a go at tweaking the code.
Can you try setting the L2 files on one more time?

Thanks,
Tommy

Subscription issues?

It seems to have worked!?  I can check the boxes and the information is retained when I edit the subscription.  After a short while, one of the subscriptions shows up (#2984) on the ftp site, but is not populated with anything yet.  The other (#2983) does not show up on the ftp site yet.  I'll give it a bit of time before I bug you guys again.

Also, no emails regarding anything (subscription info, etc.).  I have selected the images to be sent via email.

For the nth time, thank you very much,

From what we can see, your email host is checking the return-path in our email header to detect spam.
A recent configuration change here has caused our system to use the wrong return-path.
Your server is rejecting the emails and bouncing them back. Our systems administrators are working on a fix.

Got it, thanks.  Let me know if there is anything I can do on this end.

Updating the previous post:
The VIIRS order (#2984) seems to be populating nicely, but the other MODISA order (#2983) is still empty.  In fact, it still  still hasn't created a diretory under /subscriptions/MODISA/XM/...

It  looks like both subscriptions are getting the L2 files now. You may want to modify your map delivery option until we get this email issue sorted.

It looks like we have found a solution to the email problem as well. It should be restored on Monday. Thanks for your patience.
