Satellite data access fails between 18h and 11h UTC

Hello,
Connexion on satellite data access (VIIRS, MODIS) failed :
from November 3rd 18h UTC to November 4th 10h UTC
from November 6th 18h UTC to November 7th 11h UTC
from November 7th 19h UTC to November 8th 11h UTC.
Could you have a look at it ?

We still continue to have the same problem of data access this morning. After checking on our side, we think that probably our IP address (xx.xxx.xx.xx) is blocked on your side. Could you check it and tell us what data request is responsible of the blocking ?

It is possible you're connection was blocked - and if it was a temporary block it would clear daily, but xx.xxx.xx.xx is not an address we can check 'tis an internal one.  We'd need your external address to investigate.
