IP address again blocked

It is impossible to connect to your site since yersterday 15h10 UTC, probably our IP address (xx.xxx.xx.xx) is again blocked (see my previous post on March 28).
Could you please authorize the connection back ? We would also like to know what event led to the block of our IP address. We have been looking carefully to our logs, searching for ERROR 404 messages of any other messages, but we found only the occurence of such messages maybe 15 times a day, and not in the same time. in the last months, we improved all our scripts to avoid wild wget request. In particular, following the last blocking end of March, we avoid retrying wget command if the distant file, although present in the list of files to be downloaded, looks like not being physically present on your disk. So any detailed info from your side would be much appreciated to understand what was going wrong yersterday
