I just wonder if there is a faster way to obtain bulk cropped images using your l1/l2 browser. I mean I requested today for example 179 images, l1a-geo viirs but the waiting time is so long. I want a faster way.

Assuming you have the network bandwidth, a faster way could be
to just download the unextracted VIIRS files and do the extractions
yourself on your own machine.

Last week we had a problem with the Order Manager that introduced a much longer wait for orders to be filled than is usual, especially for 180 files, which would normally be turned around in 10-15 minutes.
