VIIRS-SNPP L2 data availability

There are no delayed time (refined) data available for VIIRS-SNPP, level 2 since day 201 (20th July 2019). Is there a problem?

Refined L2 data are typically available 14-16 days behind real time.
There was a satellite outage that interrupted the flow of the refined SST data used in the L2 processing.
When the SST data became available again, there had been an internal format change to the file that requires us to modify and recompile our code
We should have the refined L2 products back in production by Wednesday 8/14.

They are not.
We are still waiting on a new release of the software that can handle the changed SST data.
I was told to expect it yesterday, so its release is imminent.

The patched code is in place and refined VIIRS L2 processing has resumed.
You should the files showing up shortly.
