subscription questions

I have active L2 subscriptions that haven't returned anything since 2019364.  They were going expire at the end of the year and I  had updated the end dates to dec 31 2021, maybe that change of date caused a problem?  The subscriptions have request ids of 3444-3447.  I am grabbing only images of  chlor_a and SST for the region. If clear, I manually order data.

Hi Eric,

Those subscriptions are still set with Jan 1 as the expiration date.  Updating the end date for the subscription is not what is necessary.  The Subscription Manager page should offer a method for reconfirming the subscription(s).  Doing this should extend the expiration date 6 months forward.

Please try that.

Thanks for the reply, John.  Maybe there was the option to reconfirm, before it expired, but there isn't one now.   Should I just set up new subscriptions?   I thought editing the "subscription duration" and submitting it did the trick (done before it expired).   I see there are key with search, cancel, and reconfirm; but beside each subscription there is only search and cancel options.

No need to create new subscriptions.  The records are still in our database; we just need to bump the expiration date for them.

Can you try looking on the subscriptions-list page again?  We increased the look-back period for expired subscriptions.

Confirmed looking in database.  You'll need to repeat this process in about 6 months.  Did you want to reset your end dates back to Dec 31 2020?  I can do that for you if you want.

ok sure, thanks. If not I will cancel the subscription not long after the cruise (Exports) ends.
