Can't download any MGEX files

I've tried several different methods (curl, wget, manually downloading on multiple networks and browsers) to get *_ORB.SP3.gz files onto my device but no methods seem to be working today. All attempts cite a 'Network Error' or something analogous. Please advise on how to circumvent this issue.
