Direct Data Access, how to retrieve metadata?

OK. Can you help me figure out why I never get that email for the extracted and mapped subscriptions giving me the location where my subscribed data will be staged? The subscription ID is 2944.

The email should have been sent when the first image was staged. Might have gone to your spam filter.
All extracted subscription requests are (currently) staged on our FTP server. Your requests are here:
