The failure of using SWIR atmospheric correction method for Landsat 8 image

Hi,
I try to use the SWIR method for the atmospheric correction of Landsat 8 image.
The set is "aer_opt=-2 aer_rrs_long=-1.0 aer_rrs_short=-1.0 aer_swir_long=-1 aer_swir_short=-1 aer_wave_long=2201 aer_wave_short=1609"
I have cancelled all the mask:
The set is "MASKLAND=0 maskbath=0 MASKCLOUD=0 maskglint=0 masksunzen=0 masksatzen=0 maskhilt=0 maskstlight=0"
and also set the "tauamax =2.0".
However, the atmospheric correction still failed.
Does it because the high latitude or solar zenith angle ?
The latitude of the study area is nearly 50°N and the solar zenith angle is nearly 40°. I have tried many times but the retrieved Rrs_nnn or AOT_nnn are "NaN".
The water of my study area is clear. So I think it met the hypothesis of SWIR method. Thank you very much.
Best Wishes
