Subscription never activated

Hi,

I use a few subscriptions to get NRT and refined processing data for the Mexican coasts. While most subscriptions work like a charm, some appear to have never been activated (I never recieved the confirmation e-mail and sending a request to the subscription number returns the html page saying that no files match my query).
What can I do?

The subscriptions that cause problems (all for L2 data):
1858: Viirs, night time, refined processing
1826: Viirs, night time, NRT
1860: Terra, night time, refined processing
