Since yersterday around 14h UTC, we wget the VIIRS L1A from your direct data access directories with a very low transfer rate, about 300 Kb/s instead of 3 Mb/s usually.
Our IP adress (external address of our proxy) is xx.xxx.xx.xx
Could you have a look at it, and see if there is a problem with our IP on your side ?
We also made a connection test without our proxy, but the result is the same

I checked data access from on and off GSFC and I do not see a performance issue.

Verizon 2: 2017-06-29 13:40:55 (9.81 MB/s)
Linode : 2017-06-29 13:43:13 (66.2 MB/s)
Internal : 2017-06-29 13:51:35 (341 MB/s)
