Problem Ordering Data
Hello,
I'm trying to order MODIS data as I've always done (L2 Browser), but when I Order the Data, I'm automatically redirected to my EarthData login and have this error in red.
"Invalid request, please verify the client status or redirect_uri before resubmitting. "
What should I do?
Thanks
Ana

Problem Ordering Data
Hi,
I have the exact same problem as Ana since yesterday.
I sent an email to "connection_problems@oceancolor.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov" and the answer was that I will need to register for a NASA Earthdata account to get to the data sets. That's weird because I'm registered and downloaded data in the beginning of the month using the same process.
Thank you
Renato

Problem Ordering Data
Hi Ana and Renato,
I have the Earthdata developers looking into this issue. A new release of their service was released yesterday and they think the issue is related to that. Give them some time to research what is going on. I'll update you when I hear something.

Ana,
FYI -- I do not see your account on Earthdata.
You do need to register there as we are using that account to verify you at the OceanColor Forum. See this post: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceancolor/topic_show.pl?tid=6460

Problem Ordering Data
Ana,
It looks like your issue (or at least, in part) is that you used a different email account at Earthdata than you used to register with the OC Forum. Please try the instruction at this link: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceancolor/urs_link.pl
It should link your accounts and hopefully correct your issue.
