Both orders have been staged and you should have received email notification. If you did not, perhaps the messages were caught by a spam filter. You can always use the online order manager to check on the status of your orders.
Glad you were able to get your files. As for why the email didn't work...we have identified an issue that resulted from an upgrade that affected a few of the servers in our production system...servers that work on the data orders. This has been fixed, so hopefully your next order will go more smoothly.
