Ordering Aqua L1 Extracted Data

I just tried to order Aqua L1A data with the Do extract option (for the Gulf of Maine region) and when I get the 3rd email telling me the data has been staged it gives me the following text in the message:

NO extract files could be created for the coordinates you specified:

North Latitude     : 46
South Latitude     : 37
West Longitude     : -72
East Longitude     : -63

Any thoughts on what might have gone wrong? Thanks for any help/advice you can provide

We had a configuration problem between the order manager and recently updated science software that has been resolved.  Please check the order 2080e040308ea651 for correctness.  You should have received another email notification for it.
