could  you inform me when the standard level-2 products from Sentinel-3A / OLCI  will access on the site (https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl) ?

We are not funded to produce and support OLCI Level2 products.   Unless funding changes, we cannot predict if or when this will happen.
