I want to know the whole processing via reading the code, but i cant find any related code. Is it secret code?

None of our code is secret. You can view it here:
https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/ocssw/files.htmlEach sensor formats its raw data differently, so there is a different set of L0 to L1A code for each sensor. Look in src/l1* directories.
