Dear,
I am processing MODIS-Aqua L1 data to L2 phytoplankton abundance estimates based on Hirata and Uitz algorithms.
In the l2gen products tab is also available one more algorithm called "KSM" but I can not find some reference to this methodology.
Could you inform the article or authors of the KSM phytoplankton abundance estimates, please.

The KSM algorithm is work by Tiho Kostadinov, Dave Siegel and Stephane Maritorena:
