Hi NASA

I'm not sure if our download machine got IP-banned at your firewall. The change to the VIIRS download path (VIIRS -> VIIRS-SNPP) broke our downloader, which cheerfully continued trying (and failing) to download from the old path. We now can't connect from that machine, I'm suspicious we got banned for too many failures. The IP is xx.xxx.xx.xx, could you take a look please?

Yes you were banned for to many failures.  We had some server changes yesterday that was causing the issues (VIIRS is now VIIRS-SNPP). 
You should be unblocked now.

What is your ip address I can forward the ip address to be removed from the block list.
