seabass help processing

I have data in situ (seabass) of a region for 3 months
my question how I download my L2 daily or monthly sattonary data knowing that I am interested in data modis-aqua
my second question once i have to download my data is that i do import seabass data to seadas or what ??
please give me the right way to validate my study area
