I ordered some data (Data order [f080e090666bcc56]) couple days ago and then confirmed the order by replying to that message but didn't receive them yet. Although I got an Email that my account was successfully activated.
I click on "View My Orders" and than I see this message "Login or account creation failed"
Please, tell me how can I fix this.
