empty rasters-viirs

Dear Sean,
I am processing viirs j1 images in a server but I got empty rasters in L2 (for example Rrs). lat/lon ok
This is not an issue when I do the same in my Mac.
Below a simple example that returns empty rasters

bash-4.2$ l2gen ifile=V2018289210600.L1A_JPSS1.nc geofile=V2018289210600.GEO-M_JPSS1.nc ofile=test6.nc
Input file V2018289210600.L1A_JPSS1.nc is VIIRS L1A NetCDF4.
...
Non-Standard L1A filename; checking if it is LSIPS filename format
L1A filename check failed, no filtering will be done
...

Is the filename check failed the cause of that? otherwise, what is the issue?
this message was not shown when running in the mac..

Are you running the same version of l2gen on the Mac and the server? That message is no longer in code...

good point and I thought about that too.. however I have no way to update the one on the server.. thanks a lot anyways
