Subscriptions not updating

Hi,

None of our subscriptions have updated since midnight, the subscription numbers are:
1138
1715
1013
1687

Files have been posted under direct data access though for both VIIRS and MODIS.

We had some issues acquiring ancillary data overnight. Processing should be caught up soon.
