I'm generating ancillary file from MODIS L1A file using getanc.py, and kept running into the issue of failure to download an N2019218_SST_OIV2AV_24h.nc file. Never had this problem before. I read Sean's post earlier today about some title string attribute change from NOAA NCEP which caused failure of l2gen. Is my issue also caused by the same reason? Thanks!

You are correct.  You are having this problem due to the change in the OISST file as mentioned in Sean's post:

We are still working on getting the new code in the production system.
