Hi,

We see no new MODIS (Aqua and Terra) RF products since 2019-12-01, is it normal?

Yes, this is to be expected. The Refined data are released in one-month batches when refined calibration LUTs have been generated.
This typically happens about 60-90 days after the first day of the month, but the interval can be longer.

Do you recommend a specific delay if we want to be sure that refined MODIS products are available? 120 days? less? more?

You should be safe with 120 days.
When we reprocess later this year, we will switch to naming convention that will have NRT in the non-refined file names.

The refined-calibration LUTs for 01-Dec-2019 - 01-Feb-2020 were published yesterday.
