Aqua - R2018.1 - pversion of mini-reprocessing L2 OC files for December 2019

I was looking at modis-aqua L2 OC files and noticed that those for December 2019 have pversion 2018.1QL. Is this correct?
Edit: If so, any idea when 2019 will be finished?
