Data download error

Hello,
I have been trying to extract L3 mapped monthly climatology SST at a 4km resolution between July 2002 and September 2019 from MODIS Aqua however every time I go to review the order I get the following message:

I was wondering why this is happening? I had no problem extracting mapped monthly climatology chlorophyll-a data in the same location and the same timescale, it only seems to be a problem for SST.
