problem about MERIS L1 images access

Hi,
Last night I tried using the L1&2 scene browser to order some L1 MERIS FRS files. but once I click on review order, I get:

"We're sorry, but none of the scenes in your search results are currently available for ordering from our archive."

It's quite possible I'm doing something wrong. I've accepted the EULA for Meris.

Can you give more information? Which applications beginning with 'OB.DAAC' appear in your Applications > Authorized Apps listing in Earthdata Login?

Can you make your selections on the L1&2 browser, then copy the URL before hitting 'find swaths' and paste it here so we can try to duplicate the error?

The link above is my selections on the L1&2 browser, and after i chose the area and hit find swaths, the following results come out:

I hitted 'order data', and then selected L1 product data, and hitted 'review order', however, "We're sorry, but none of the scenes in your search results are currently available for ordering from our archive".

There is a known problem with ordering MERIS data using the L1/2 browser.

So could I provide you with the regional coordinates, and you give an order to me? I really appreciate your help

After you click on the Find Swaths button on the main L1/L2 browser, all or a subset of the browse images are displayed. Among the links to the specific browse files is one for "List". If you click on that, a text-only page is generated that contains all of the files that were found for the search coordinates. If you can save that to a plain-text file and then add the regional coordinates and the products you want, i will try to construct an order for you.

You can post the text file as an attachment to a post in this thread.
