Hi! I am having a problem with my Earthdata login. I am trying to download data from the NASA Ocean Color Website via the Level 1&2 Browser (https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sen=amod). But when it comes to logging in to submit the order, I am not redirected to the application. I am already logged in but don´t get redirected to continue with the data ordering. Also, clicking the button does not help. It seems that it´s tried to redirect all the time but it does not work even after hours. What is the problem here? How can I continue the data order from NASA Ocean Color? Is there an alternative way avoiding this problem?

Hi.  Many problems like this have been resolved by having your browser delete its cache and cookies.  Have you tried that?

Thanks John! Switching to an alternative browser solved the issue. Yes, this has to be related to cache and cookies.
