Sentinel 3B OLCI EFR data

Hello,
I am trying to download Sentinel 3 OLCI EFR (L1) data from the OceanColor Level 1 & 2 Browser . It works fine with Sentinel 3A but not for 3B.
I use 'Order Data' and expect to get a list of URLs to download data -- this works for 3A but I keep seeing 'Redirecting' when I request 3B data. The order is never completed and I do no get any links for the data files. Could you please advice what to do?

Hi Amita,

Sometimes this problem can be resolved by clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. Have you tried that?
