Hi all,
I just download the 7.5.3 version of seadas on my Mac, but unable to install ocssw no matter using GUI or manually. These are the errors I got:

Any idea? My python version is Python 2.7.13 :: Anaconda 4.3.1 (x86_64). Used 7.4 before, and it was all good. If any information else is needed, plz let me know.

Wget versions 1.x and curl have not kept up with all the challenges of internet downloads. It often takes several tries to get all the bundles and their updates. If you are using a VPN you may find transfers work better without the extra overhead. You might have better luck using wget2 or a recent web browser.

unable to install ocssw
I have downloaded and installed the WSL for Windows 10 according to the "Windows Subsystem for Linux Installation Guide for Windows 10" and selected the most recent version of Ubuntu Linux (v 20.40). I am having issues with the installation beginning with getting the proper Java version. On a separate track, I have also tried to install the Linux version of SeaDAS but having issues there also. You should start a new topic and tell us what specific errors you get trying to install the OCSSW software in WSL Ubuntu 20.4. As for Java and SeaDAS 7, you may be better off using SeaDAS 7 in Windows, and using your Ubuntu OCSSW software in a terminal. WSL will be much slower than native linux, but it does work. You will probably want to convert Ubuntu to WSL2 to get somewhat better I/O performance.
