Today I tried to download some mapped SST data from the MODIS AQUA data set, but the manifest text link wouldn't work (it said the webpage was unavailable) so I therefore couldn't download the .tar file.
I tried to re-request the data but an email was sent, which told me that I couldn't request the data again.
I deleted my previous requests and tried again, but it still told me that I couldn't request the data again.
I have now deleted all 3 requests, but I don't know whether I can request the data even though they are deleted because it didn't work before?
The data requests in order were:

2070e2dfcc300c6d
Please can you help me get the data that I need? Thank you very much.

I have reset the first order to be restaged. You will receive another email informing you that the files are ready to download. If you still have problems with the manifest file, let's work through those instead of trying to delete/reorder.
I assume that you have worked with orders in the past and not had this problem?
