GLONASS Precise Ephemeris Data Missing

I'm trying to download GLONASS precise ephemeris data for this week (2153) but the only files there are from Sunday morning (21530), all newer data is missing. Does anyone know what the issue is?
EDIT: Looks like the same thing is happening every week, data is not being updated on a daily basis anymore.

There may have been a glitch in our system when you tried to access the files. The files are there now. Please try again.

Hi,
The issue of missing GLONASS Precise Ephemeris data appears to have happened again. There doesn't appear to be any new GLONASS precise ephemeris data available since 25th May.

The IGS combined GLONASS experimental products (Ultra-rapid: igv* and Final: igl*) were discontinued. Please see IGSMail-8697 for more details.
