Hi @bbishnoi Additional fixes were recently implemented. I just attempted to download data from https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/ and also received an error. However, clearing my cache and deleting USGS related cookies resolved the error and I was able to successfully download several different data products. Could you please try that? Thank you.

Can you try it again, if you have not already. It appears that your message was written when we were down for our weekly maintenance. If it still is a problem please let us know.
