I ordered MODIS data through OC Data Access. Before I could download all the files, the order was removed! I re-ordered the data (OBPG: Data order [c0a0f30a289b0166]. Is it possible to get the data back online?

Hi Amita,
The order you referenced was actually flagged as a duplicate of another order, and that other order has been removed. The order can now be staged, and our system is currently working on doing that. You should receive an email shortly indicating that the data are ready to download.
