If you wish to create a time-series of these data variables for a very small area around the indicated geographic location, you can use the Giovanni service (https://giovanni.gsfc.nasa.gov) to generate each time-series plot, and then download the data in CSV format. If you wish to make maps, we have a procedure which uses the free NASA software Panoply and MS Excel which can provide the data as lat-lon-data value CSV.

Giovanni does not have PM2.5 or PM10, but does have the other data variables you requested. However, the remotely sensed SO2 variable is primarily volcanic and does not provide surface values, but the MERRA-2 model does.

How to convert 1/cm^2 to ppb or Microgram/m^3 ?
have downloaded NO2 data from Giovanni need to convert it into ppb or microgram/m3.

We are correcting the units for this data variable; they should be molecules/cm^2. It is not possible to convert these to either ppbv or microgram/m3, but these units can be converted to Dobson units (DU).
