How are you? Here I am fine. I have downloaded and tried to read MOD04_3K-MYD04_3K data using HDFView, ArcGIS, QGIS, MatLab and Python but I can't extract-analyze appropriate parameters from it. So, can you help me how to extract-analyze appropriate parameters such as AOD & AE from it?

Thanks in advance !

You can extract desired parameters (SDSs) by using post-processing service available during search and order process from ladsweb (https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/)
If this is first time you are using ladsweb, you can consult LAADS tutorial ("How to Search and Order Data with the "Find Data" Interface") available at:
https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/learn/tutorials/

You may also explore various Python code examples provided by HDF-EOS Tools and Information Center at:
http://hdfeos.org/zoo/LAADS_MOD_py.php
You can contact them at eoshelp@hdfgroup.org should you have any questions about the code.

I thanks for your response. I have seen codes on link http://hdfeos.org/zoo/LAADS_MOD_py.php. It is in phyton and for single file. I want to prosses the spatio-temporal times series of specified parameters from 20 years of files over 30-50E, 0-20N with matlab. So, could you fill my gaps.

Sorry, we don't have resources to help you with your Matlab request. However, try contacting HDF-EOS Tools and Information Center at eoshelp@hdfgroup.org directly and they might be able to provide some guidance.
