looking for DSCOVR EPIC COMPOSITE L2

Hello,

I am looking to download the following product. https://asdc.larc.nasa.gov/project/DSCOVR/DSCOVR_EPIC_L2_COMPOSITE_02

The DSCOVR_EPIC_L2_COMPOSITE_01 version is available for a short span 2015-2017. Version 02 states that it is available for a longer record, but there are not any details about its data distribution. Is this a publicly available dataset?
