Seadas doesn't open after installation

Sorry about the basic question. After installing the seadas 8.2 in a notebook (windows 11, 11th Gen Intel Core iT, 2.8GHz, 16GB RAM) it simply doesn't open. The same occurs with ESA/SNAP. Despite that, I get open in the command line, but the performance is terrible. I've been trying many ways to fix it without success. Any help is welcome.

SeaDAS works on Windows 10. We don't have Windows 11, so we haven't tested SeaDAS on it.
