Continuing issues with oceandata subscriptions

by alaroy » Thu Jul 14, 2022 12:01 pm America/New_York

There seems to still be an ongoing problem with subscriptions.

We have not received any new files since 2022-07-11 or 2022-07-12 for the following subscriptions:

2130
2551
2649
2178
2179
2180
2348
2908
2909

Could somebody please investigate and resolve this issue? Thank you.

Andrew,
No investigation is necessary since we know exactly where the problem lies. Earlier this week our database servers suffered a hardware related failure. While we were able to restore them relatively quickly, we discovered another issue that prevented bringing them back to full operational capacity. That is currently being worked and is expected to be completed later today. Once all is back in a happy state, the data since the outage began will be restored.

Regards,
Sean

Sean,

Thanks. I see new files are being populated in direct data access.
But subscriptions are not renewed accordingly, could you take a look?

By the way, the announcement on the top says there will be Maintenace by LP.DAAC for the weekend and Monday. I just wonder if we can still access and download ocean data then?
