I was just wondering if there is an estimate for when the data pool website will be accessible again?
I have not been able to reliably access for nearly 2 weeks, since the start of the planned outage on the 15th July. I know there have been reports of high loads, but the I was hoping there might be some news on progress.

I have been having the same issues and this is becoming critical. When will access be back to normal?

We are experiencing a higher than average load on the data pool after our planned maintenance which is causing time-out issues. It is up and running, so please continue to try accessing it throughout the day. We also recommend using AppEEARS to access the MODIS data.
