Problems to download ASTER L1T

Dears
Recently, i had a lot problems to download ASTER L1T images from Earthdata and EarthExplore.
Maybe, you can help me with the new process to download, because the link that you send me in the email does not charge.

Copy the email:
Thank you for ordering land remote sensing data products from the NASA Land Processes Distributed Active Archive Center (LP DAAC).
Your product request has been processed for the data granule(s) listed below. All the files associated with the product(s) are included in a designated directory on the Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) EOSDIS Core System (ECS) server for HTTPS access. Data products are available for ten days after processing is complete.
Data Product Access Procedure Via Web Browser:
1) Click on the hyperlink shown below the "Download Link" header (or copy and paste the HTTPS URL into the address field of your web browser).
2) Select a file to download by clicking the appropriate filename.
3) Enter Earthdata Login credentials (https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/).
4) When prompted to Save or Open the file, choose Save.
5) Specify the folder/directory where you want the data to reside and click Save/OK to begin downloading.
