To whom it may concern?

Are check sums available for CERES SSF1def-Hour and/or SSF data in HDF4 format on the ASDC servers? Are the file lengths available for either of these data sets?

The reason for asking is that AIRS provides this information for its Level-1 radiance files, and the availability of file lengths and check sums proved very helpful in identifying and fixing the files that did not download correctly the first time (using wget).
