Hi, I uploaded sentinel-3 images over a three year period (2019, 2020 and 2021). Then on the Snap software, I clipped my study area (Raster-Subset), selected the parameters I needed (CHL, TSM, ADG and KD 490). I now want to aggregate the images and calculate the average to get 12 images from January to December for each year and export my data to get maps like the image for each parameter?

For image aggregation you can either use the SeaDAS-OCSSW processors (l2bin, l3mapgen), or you can use the general tool: Mosaic Tool (SeaDAS > Menu > Raster > Geometric Operations > Mosaicking)

There isn't a lot of OCSSW tutorials at the moment but this may help:

We do plan to make more tutorials in the future.
